Adam & Katie Reynolds
We moved to Sheffield in 2003. We, like so many people, were captured by the unique nature and warmth of the city and its people and now proudly live and work in Sheffield, whilst raising our three sons.
Established in 2011 by ex-sculptor, Adam Reynolds, DGO is now a family run business with Katie, Adam’s wife, joining the team in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience after serving the community as a teacher and deputy head for 28 years.
Adam’s previous career, as a designer and maker of large public artworks, gave him a depth of experience in creative problem solving, use of different materials, understanding spaces, aesthetics and attention to detail. When Adam moved away from the artworld and into structural design, he developed his now ubiquitous, DGO style of building. With his knowledge of the technical elements of the build Adam recognised his design offered adaptability and lent itself to bespoke builds. He went on to launch DGO, directing and growing the company and developing the design further, now such a long way on from the prototype in the garden all those years ago.
Katie has a vast experience of recognising people’s needs. Always with a smile, Katie enjoys communicating with clients and stakeholders. She is a skilled planner, organiser, and manager, placing importance on listening to and supporting her teams to enable them to consistently offer a high quality service to our clients. Katie’s passion for development and training still flows strongly and means the company is constantly strengthening it’s staff.
Adam and Katie’s skills and qualities work hand in hand to offer a wonderful service throughout.
We place a great importance on supporting local companies and communities. We are very conscious to use local suppliers wherever possible. As avid supporters of our local rugby club, we enjoy working on the committee and sponsoring junior teams and senior players at the mighty Sheffield Tigers RUFC.

Since joining DGO in 2017, Ed has become one of our most versatile and respected managers. His deep understanding of every aspect of our work, combined with his excellent rapport with clients and colleagues, makes him a major contributor to our continued growth. Ed also plays a crucial role in developing new team members through hands-on training and guidance.
Albi
Albi joined DGO in 2021 and quickly made his mark on the team. From day one, his strong work ethic, determination and natural ability on site helped him progress into a valued management role. A born leader, Albi excels at motivating his team and keeping productivity high in all conditions. His drive, positivity and commitment as well as his valuable on-site knowledge make him an essential part of DGO’s continued success.
Harley
Harley joined our team in 2023 and quickly became a valued member. He is known for his respectful attitude, polite demeanour and strong work ethic. His enthusiasm for learning new skills has seen him develop into a competent installer and he has taken the responsibility for leading projects. He is the epitome of our core values of providing a professional, responsible and respectful service.
Jack
Super keen and motivated, Jack has become our newest member in 2025. He is incredibly strong and has already proven to be calm and considerate on site with a desire to learn and develop his skill set. His ability to pick up the variety of tools and processes we use has been super impressive and he has slotted into our team perfectly.
