Annex

This client needed somewhere to live while they updated their house so they did it in style. We installed this large room on only 6 small concrete foundations with a steel ring beam supporting the building. Inside we installed a full kitchen and bathroom. The sewerage required us to install an underground pumping station to bring the waste upto the existing house system. The room required full planning and building control approval thorugh the build process. The client plans to use the room as an AirBnB in the future.
