Garage replacement

We are often asked to replace  old, un-unused, dilapidated and cold garages with new garden rooms.  This large, split level room used the footprint from a combined garage and air raid shelter.  Luckily we watched as another contractor took out the former building and we were left with a two tier site.  Due to our bespoke approach we were able to design the rooms to accommodate the 30cm drop between the two rooms and give the spaces required – a smaller fully finished room for the clients Yoga mat and a larger dry store room to replace the garage.
