The customer at Totley wanted a separate room where she could sew, but her garden room could have many uses, including a home office, or play area for children. The Toby has a unique foundation system that allows it to be fitted on fairly steep gradients. Each unit is fully plastered, and has lighting and power sockets connected to the mains.
